1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to totowin. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the totowin website accessible at totowin.vu and all related services, including the mobile app, online games, Sports Betting, and all other products we offer ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the TotoWin Platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms as well as all policies, guidelines, and additional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

2 Account Eligibility

To use the totowin Platform and open an account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Has full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Never previously closed or banned from the totowin Platform for violating the Terms.

3 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, email address, and an active phone number. It is your responsibility to ensure all this information remains current.

Identity Verification (KYC) Process — totowin conducts a KYC process to ensure platform security and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of address — bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months.
• A selfie with your identification document (if required).

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 business hours once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Totowin reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000 within 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Totowin offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated on the Promotions.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus one time only upon registration.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must fulfill rollover requirements before being converted into withdrawable funds.
• The standard rollover requirement is between 20x to 35x bonus amount depends on the promotion type.
• Totowin reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings obtained through a bonus if abuse or misuse of the promotion is found to have occurred.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or used simultaneously from multiple promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Every promotion has a specific expiry date — unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the stipulated period.

6 Betting Rules

• Totowin reserves the right to void or reject any bet placed based on inaccurate information, technical errors, or incorrectly published odds.

• Totowin reserves the right to limit the bet size of any user at the company's sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Detection of suspicious wagering patterns or coordination between accounts may result in investigation and suspension of the accounts involved.

7 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TotoWin account password and login credentials. TotoWin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.

• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

TotoWin's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount remaining in the account at the time the claim is made.
